Meyar purchases 5 trucks worth SAR 1.47M for product distribution

Meyar Co. purchased, on April 7, five trucks from Saleh Ibrahim Al-Dohan Commercial Co. for SAR 1.47 million, inclusive of VAT.

The trucks will be used for product distribution, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The self-financed deal aims to develop supply chains and raise the company's efficiency, it added.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, Meyar noted, expecting the relevant financial impact to appear in 2025.
