Al-Fakhera terminates CEO, Abdullah Al Yahya takes helm

Al-Fakhera for Men’s Tailoring Co.’s board of directors decided, in a meeting held on April 15, to dismiss CEO Abdulrahman Al Maleh, effective end of today, April 16.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the step comes for not passing the probationary period.

 

Meanwhile, the board appointed Abdullah Al Yahya as CEO effective from April 17, 2025.

 

Al Yahya has over 11 years of experience in the private sector and retail companies, during which he held several leadership positions, the statement added.
