Shalfa inks SAR 40.7M contract with MODON

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed a VAT-inclusive contract with Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) at a total value of SAR 40.73 million.

As part of the 36-month contract, Shalfa will carry out operation and maintenance of MODON’s assets in the First Cluster of the Central Region, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

This includes the operation of buildings, factories, and non-leased pre-fabricated warehouses, as well as the maintenance of assets and external and shared facilities of MODON, based on the highest relevant international and local quality standards.

The company expects the financial impact to appear starting H2 2025, noting that there are no related parties to the contract.

According to Argaam data, Shalfa announced in February winning a project with MODON at a total value of SAR 40.7 million, inclusive of VAT.
