Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed on April 28 a contract with Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC) to deliver integrated facilities management services for school buildings and private institutes across the Central Region (Qassim).
In a Tadawul filing, Shalfa said the contract’s value will depend on the number of work orders issued under the framework agreement, based on the listed pricing terms.

The 60-month contract is expected to reflect on Shalfa’s financial results in the second half of 2025.
The company confirmed there are no related parties involved.
According to Argaam data’s, Shalfa received on March 28, 2025, an award notification from TBC approving the framework agreement for facilities management services in Qassim.
