Saudi Networkers Services Co. received a letter from Omar Al-Juraifani notifying the company of his decision to withdraw from accepting the CEO position, which was set to take effect on May 1, 2025, citing personal reasons.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the board of directors appointed Ahmad Abu Nemeh as Acting CEO effective May 1, 2025, until a new CEO is officially appointed.

 

Nemeh holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and has extensive experience in various leadership roles.

 

According to available data with Argaam, Saudi Networkers board of directors agreed in March to terminate the contract of former CEO Raed Arafeh by mutual consent, effective April 30, 2025, and appointed Al-Juraifani as his successor, starting May 1, 2025.
