Riyal OGM to vote on 5% cash dividend for 2024 on May 25

Riyal Investment and Development Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board recommendation to distribute a 5% cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) for 2024, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 25, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
