TMC Health reappoints Tariq Al Hamdan as Chairman, Amer Al Amer as CEO

Twareat Medical Care Co.’s (TMC Health) board of directors appointed Tariq Al Hamdan as Chairman, Saleh Al-Mulhim as Vice Chairman and Amer Al Amer as Managing Director and CEO.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the board also formed its audit committee, remuneration and nominations committee, and executive committee.

 

Meanwhile, they appointed the board secretary and the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
