National Gypsum renames Ahmed Al-Thunayan Chairman, Fahad Al-Thunayan Deputy

National Gypsum Co.'s board of directors approved, on June 2, reappointing Ahmed Al-Thunayan as Chairman and Fahad Al-Thunayan as Vice Chairman, according to a Tadawul statement.

The board also appointed Majed Gharbawi as Managing Director.

In addition, it gave the green light for the formation of the executive committee, chaired by Fahad Al-Thunayan, with Majed Gharbawi, Saud Al-Thunayan, and Khalid Al-Ghadeer as members.

Further, the nominations and remuneration committee was formed, with Mohammed Al-Awad as Chairman, and Saud Al-Thunayan and Fahad Al-Habardi as members.

Headed by Nawaf Khashoggi, the audit committee was formed from the following members Ahmed Al-Mohsen and Mashhour Al-Obeikan.

In May, shareholders approved electing board members for the three-year term starting May 28, 2025, according to data available with Argaam.
