Saudi Industrial Export Co. mulls medical supplies plant acquisition

Saudi Industrial Export Company (SIECO) expects to complete the acquisition of a medical supplies plant in another three months, as the negotiations for the deal are still ongoing.

 

The company will announce further developments in a timely manner, it said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

Last June, SIECO said that it has agreed to start talks to acquire a medical supplies plant with other partners.
