Walaa Insurance gets regulatory nod for name change

Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Co. (Walaa) will change its name to Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. after receiving approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

 

The company will proceed with the legal and administrative requirements after getting the green light from its general assembly, it said in a statement Sunday.
