Jazan postpones EGM on low quorum

Jazan Development Co. (Jazadco) postponed its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Tuesday due to lack of quorum, it said in a statement to the Saudi bourse (Tadawul). 

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
