Shareholders of SADAFCO’s three subsidiaries approve liquidation report

The extraordinary general assembly of Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.’s (SADAFCO) fully-owned subsidiaries—National Sight Holding Co., National Buildings Real Estate Co., and United Gulfers Transport Co.--- have approved the liquidation report and the cancellation of the companies’ commercial registrations, SADAFCO said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

Last July, shareholders approved liquidating the three subsidiaries, which have been inactive since incorporation in 2008, Argaam reported earlier.
