Arabian Pipes reappoints Yousef Abalkhail as board chairman

Arabian Pipes Co.’s board of directors has renamed Yousef Abalkhail as board chairman for the new three-year term started on May 23, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also appointed Khalid Abunayyan as deputy chairman for the same term.

 

Meanwhile, they approved restructuring the board committees and appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
