Al Ahsa Development terminates CEO, appoints interim executive

Al-Ahsa Development Co. announced the termination of its CEO Dr. Adel Ahmed Yousef Al-Saleh as of July 9, thereby making August 30, 2018 his last working day, the company said in a stock market filing.

 

The company entrusted managing director Saad Al-Shammary with the duties of the CEO until further notice.

 

Al-Shammary holds the managing director position since last January 1, before which he had served managerial roles at SABIC and Tasnee, and served as CEO of Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC).
