Saudi labor ministry to nationalize 15,000 jobs in telecom sector

Saudi Ministry of Labor and Social Development, along with Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), launched an executive plan to nationalize 15,000 jobs in the telecom sector.

 

The move aims to raise the percentage of Saudization and promote sector growth.

 

“The labor ministry is looking to generate new job opportunities in the promising telecom sector,” Ahmed Al-Rajhi, Minister of Labor, said.

 

“The agreement aims to enable national cadres to fill qualitative jobs, and it is to be followed by other agreements with various agencies,” he added.
