Fitaihi to open e-voting on general meeting items tomorrow

Fitaihi Holding Group will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday, April 15, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until April 18, 2019, the statement added.  

 

Shareholders registered on Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
