Wataniya Insurance to open e-voting on general meeting items on April 21

Wataniya Insurance Co. will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s ordinary general meeting (EGM) on April 21, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until April 25, 2019, the statement added.  

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
