Tadawul: Derayah, Aljazira REITs go ex-dividend today

Units of Derayah REIT Fund and Aljazira REIT have their ex-dividend today, Oct. 15, 2020.

 

Derayah Financial announced the distribution of cash dividend to Derayah REIT unitholders for the third quarter of 2020, at SAR 0.204 per unit, or 2.04% initial price per unit. The payment will be made on Nov. 15, 2020. 

 

Meanwhile, Aljazira Capital, the fund manager of Aljazira REIT, announced the distribution of cash dividend to unitholders at 3%, or SAR 0.30 per unit for H2 2019 and H1 2020. The payment date will be within 10 business days from the record date.
