Almuneef says wheat seeds contract value includes taxes, fees

AlMuneef Co. For Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting (Almuneef) said in a correction statement on Tadawul today, Sept. 18, that the contract to purchase 3,000 tons of wheat seeds from Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. is valued at SAR 7.6 million, which includes value-added tax (VAT), other taxes, fees and costs resulting from the deal. 

 

The company announced signing a three-month contract to purchase 3,000 tons of Yecora Rojo 2023 first-generation wheat seeds from Al-Jouf Agricultural on Sept. 17, according to data available on Argaam. 

 

AlMuneef mentioned in its previous announcement that the contract value did not include VAT and other taxes, fees, and costs.
