WSM reports 10% increase in consulting contract cost

WSM Digitalization and Transformation Co. announced a 10% increase in contract cost to provide consulting services for establishing a project management office and developing an electronic system for strategic projects for a government entity.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the contract cost would increase by 10% for additional services, with no impact on the financial statements due to delays.

 

The company previously announced the SAR 9.9 million contract (excluding VAT) for one year, starting June 20, 2023, to June 19, 2024, to provide consulting services for the same project, according to Argaam’s data.
