WAJA renews SAR 6M credit facility with ANB

WAJA Co. renewed a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 6 million with Arab National Bank (ANB), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company secured the facility today, Feb. 9, for a one-year term to finance short-term Tawarruq transactions, the statement added.

WAJA said that the facility is backed by a promissory note issued by the company.
