SAMBA Capital arranges for Electrical Industries IPO

SAMBA Capital is appointed as the lead manager, financial advisor and arranger for offering 30% of Electrical Industries Company for IPO in November.

13.5m shares or 30% of the company will be sold in an IPO from November 11 to 17 and the price will be determined after book building process; SAMBA Capital said in a press release.

According to Argaam; The Saudi Capital Market Authority approved a request by Electrical Industries Co. to sell 30% of the company in an initial public offering. Part of the shares will be allocated to investment funds and authorized persons.
