2P renews SAR 150 mln credit facility deal with Al Rajhi Bank

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Service Co. (2P) renewed today, Oct.1, a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 150 million with Al Rajhi Bank.

 

The facilities, valid until Sept. 30, 2024, are covered by a promissory note. The financing will be used to fund new projects and issue letters of credit and guarantee, the company pointed out in a Tadawul statement.
 

There are no related parties to the deal, 2P noted.
