Dar Global may be listed on markets other than LSE: Al Shelash

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. considers to list Dar Global on markets other than London Stock Exchange (LSE), such as New York Stock Exchange, Chairman Yousef Al Shelash told Asharq News.

Dar Global invests in several countries, including the GCC, in addition to Spain, Greece, the UK, Bosnia and Herzegovina in Europe, and other Arab countries.

The company's presence in a market like London is reassuring for potential investors, as the company will be deemed a listed entity with high levels of disclosure and transparency. This provides great opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships.

Al Shelash also highlighted that Dar Global is keen on having a local partner in its projects due to their expertise in the local real estate sector.

Dar Global offered 12% of its shares on LSE, where it was listed in February 2023.
