The shares offered represent 11.94% of its pre-IPO capital and 10.67% of post-IPO capital.

The company's pre-IPO capital stands at SAR 67 million, divided into 6.7 million shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.

The offering period will run from Feb. 16-20, 2025.

The IPO and subscription of the company's shares will be limited to qualified investors.

Hedab Alkhaleej was established in 2002. According to its commercial registration, its activities include the general construction of residential and non-residential buildings, wholesale trade of bricks, blocks, tiles, stone, marble, ceramics, and porcelain, land transportation of goods, freight forwarding, buying and selling of land and real estate, as well as property and warehouse management and leasing.
