Saudi Arabia imports safest COVID-19 vaccines: official

There are five safe COVID-19 vaccines approved worldwide, and the Kingdom imported the best and safest ones, Ahmed Alammar, director of public health at the Gulf Health Council, told Al Saudiya TV Channel.

 

He added that Pfizer-Biontech and Oxford AstraZeneca are among the most effective vaccines, Alammar said, adding that there are no medical differences between them.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, more than 1.82 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine were administered across the Kingdom to date.
