Al-Khodari unable to disclose H1 2021 financials on time

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced it was unable to post its financial statements for the six months ending June 30, 2021, on time, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company attributed this delay to its inability to publish its preliminary financial results for the periods ending March 31, June 30 and Sept. 30 as well as annual 2019 financials.

 

In addition, the company has not published preliminary financial results for the periods ending March 31, June 30, Sept. 30, and annual 2020 financial, as well as preliminary financial results for the period ending on March 31, 2021, on due time.

 

Any developments in this regard will be announced in due course, the statement added.
