The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) registered four negotiated deals today, March 28, on Saudi British Bank (SABB) and Arab National Bank (ANB) at a total value of SAR 25.1 million.

 

Meanwhile, Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. saw a deal worth SAR 15.3 million on nearly 974,800 shares, representing 1.5% of the company’s total 64.6 million shares.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
