Crown Prince, Italian Prime Minister sign Strategic Partnership Council agreement

Meeting between Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni 

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni today at the winter camp in AlUla, the SPA reported.

At the beginning of the reception, the Crown Prince welcomed the Prime Minister in her visit to the Kingdom. For her part, Meloni expressed her happiness to visit the Kingdom and meet the Crown Prince.

During their meeting, the Italian Prime Minister was briefed on the authentic Saudi heritage and culture.

The two sides also reviewed aspects of bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Italy, as well as means to further strengthen them in various fields, in order to achieve common interests. They also discussed regional and international developments and issues of common interest.

Following the meeting, the Crown Prince and the Italian Prime Minister signed an agreement to establish the Strategic Partnership Council between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Italian Republic.
