Fitaihi board proposes dividend freeze for 2024

Fitaihi Holding Group’s board of directors recommended withholding dividends for 2024 to strengthen liquidity and its balance sheet, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, March 23.

 

The board's recommendation will be presented for a shareholder vote at the upcoming general assembly meeting, pending regulatory approval, it added.

Fitaihi also decided not to distribute dividends for 2023. It previously paid a cash dividend of SAR 0.40 per share for 2022, Argaam reported earlier.
