Enma AlRawabi names Abdulilah Al-Huqbani as CEO

Enma AlRawabi Co. appointed Abdulilah Al-Huqbani as CEO, according to a statement to Tadawul today, April 23.

The board’s approval of the CEO appointment came based on the recommendation of the nominations and remuneration committee, with Al-Huqbani assuming his duties as of today.

Al-Huqbani brings over 10 years of extensive experience in the real estate development sector, during which he held several leadership roles in prominent companies.

Most notably, he served as Chief Development Officer at Thabat Al Maskan Real Estate Co., leading major housing projects in partnership with Ministry of Housing.

He also held key roles in development, investment, and cost management at Rafal Real Estate Development Co., according to the statement.

Al-Huqbani holds a Master’s degree in engineering management from California State University, Northridge (2013), and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (2009).

In Enma AlRawabi, he had served as CFO since November 2024, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s expansion plans and enhancing its operational efficiency.
