Saudi Fisheries invites shareholders to run for board membership

Saudi Fisheries Co. (SFICO) has invited its shareholders to run for membership on the board of directors for the next three-year term from Oct. 25, 2017 to Oct. 25, 2020, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Qualified candidates should apply within one month as of July 10, after meeting the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) regulatory requirements.
