Bawan finalizes acquisition of Arnon Plastic

Bawan Co. has finalized the transaction and regulatory approvals of fully acquiring Arnon Plastic Industries Co. Ltd., the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Bawan said on January 2019 that it has completed the acquisition of Arnon Plastic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Al Fozan Holding Group, for SAR 191 million.
